Cardiac MRI shows L-looping ventricles with ventricular inversion, where the morphologic right ventricle is positioned on the left and the morphologic left ventricle is on the right (double switch). The aorta arises anteriorly and to the left, while the pulmonary artery arises posteriorly. The pulmonic valve is bicuspid, and subpulmonic stenosis is also present.
