Contrast-enhanced CT and MR perfusion sequences show a localized contrast-filled collection directly adjacent to a thrombosed native right coronary artery. The native artery is retrogradely filled from a nearby bypass graft, and the pseudoaneurysm fills during the systemic arterial phase.
