Chest radiographs show a large pleural effusion and a consolidation-like density. CT reveals a very large, inhomogeneous pleural mass associated with a large pleural effusion. A calcified blood vessel is seen supplying the mass. Sagittal CT shows the mass hanging from the bottom of the right lower lobe, extending into the pleural space.
