Chest radiograph shows severe, marked elevation of the right hemidiaphragm. Chest CT and reformatted images demonstrate that the muscular diaphragm is extremely thin and membranous at its dome, with relative sparing/hypertrophy of the anterior and posterior attachments, without diaphragmatic crus atrophy.
