Spontaneous Aortoesophageal Fistula
Imaging findings
CT chest shows a spontaneous fistulous connection between the descending thoracic aorta and the esophagus. There is esophageal wall thickening and contrast extravasation directly into the esophageal lumen and stomach. The patient was treated with a thoracic stent graft.
