Chest radiograph and CT show a new, focal hump (eventration) of the left hemidiaphragm following a fall from a log. CT obtained immediately post-injury shows a diaphragmatic hematoma and adjacent splenic injury, but the diaphragmatic membrane is intact without herniation.
