Imaging findings
Coronary CT angiography shows an anomalous left main coronary artery arising from the right coronary cusp and taking a retroaortic course before branching into the left anterior descending (LAD) and circumflex arteries. Diffuse, non-obstructive atherosclerotic plaque is present. A separate small transseptal branch is also seen arising from the right coronary artery.
