Chest CT shows a few subpleural/paraseptal pulmonary cysts, and abdominal/pelvic MRI shows a large soft tissue mass in the flank/pelvis which was biopsy-proven to be a soft tissue sarcoma. The patient has a documented folliculin gene mutation.
