Initial chest radiograph showed appropriately positioned CRTD leads in the right atrial appendage, right ventricle, and a coronary vein. A follow-up radiograph a couple of months later showed a new fracture of the coronary vein lead. The heart also appeared slightly larger, and the azygos vein/SVC potentially more distended.
