Intercostal Artery Pseudoaneurysm secondary to Severe Scoliosis

Imaging findings
Chest radiograph revealed severe thoracic scoliosis and high-density material from previous endovascular treatment. CT demonstrated bilateral pleural effusions and a focal area of contrast density near the aorta, arising from an intercostal artery. Digital subtraction angiography confirmed an intercostal artery pseudoaneurysm, which appeared to be spilling contrast from a level below previous coils. MIP reconstructions helped visualize the intercostal artery origin.
