Chest CT shows a markedly enlarged main pulmonary artery, as well as dilated left and right pulmonary arteries. On CT, the pulmonary valve is abnormally thickened and clearly visible, with a bicuspid configuration. Echocardiography confirmed the diagnosis of a bicuspid, stenotic pulmonary valve.
