Initially, cavitary lesions, some subpleural, with bilateral pleural effusions and collapse of the left lower lobe. On follow-up, progression with larger, more cavitary lesions, thick-walled cavities, hydro/pyopneumothorax, and suspected bronchopleural fistula.
