Post-right middle lobectomy and tracheal repair with muscle flap, chest radiographs and CT showed striking asymmetric edema in the unaffected left lung. The CT revealed kinking of the left pulmonary artery associated with the muscle flap, causing elevated left pulmonary arterial pressures.
