Imaging findings
An incidental, well-circumscribed mass was noted on chest X-ray in the right middle lobe. CT showed the mass to be intrapulmonary, barely touching the pleura, and centered in the right middle lobe. A PET scan showed no uptake. The mass had grown between exams from 2013 to 2014. Trace pleural thickening was noted but not a significant effusion.
