Imaging findings
CT scan shows existing coils in the right lower lobe, with clear evidence of a recanalized AVM. An artery is seen coursing through the middle of the coils, which appear significantly larger than the vessel. No other AVMs were identified. Angiography confirmed recanalization, enabling successful re-embolization with additional coils.
