Serial chest radiographs and CT show a new, focal bulge and elevation of the right hemidiaphragm, which is demonstrated on CT to be caused by massive enlargement and lobulated metastases of the liver from a retroperitoneal sarcoma, rather than diaphragmatic paralysis.
