Cardiac MRI showed a large, multi-lobulated, unusual-appearing mass arising from the left atrial appendage region, prolapsing into the left ventricle. Subtle rib lesion and a complex liver lesion were also noted. Post-operative CT showed enlargement of the rib and liver lesions.
