CT shows a solitary, low-attenuation (negative 20 to negative 30 HU, indicating fat density) pulmonary nodule in the lower lobe with adjacent bronchiectasis and fluid layering. The nodule is FDG-negative on PET. The patient was on Miralax and nasal fluticasone (Flonase) spray.
