Endobronchial Metastases from Colon Adenocarcinoma
Imaging findings
Chest radiograph demonstrates large, bilateral, discrete, posterior-predominant perihilar masses. Chest CT reveals that these masses are actually very large, lumpy, expansile endobronchial lesions originating in and distending the left lower lobe bronchi and right middle/lower lobe bronchi. A subcarinal mass represents either a local metastasis or a nodal deposit.
