A separate patient with biopsy-proven IgG4-related disease has CT showing numerous pulmonary nodules distributed along a lymphatic, peribronchovascular pattern reminiscent of sarcoidosis, some containing visible air bronchograms similar to those seen with lymphoproliferative processes such as lymphoma or lymphoid hyperplasia, along with a few scattered thin-walled cysts, and asymmetric lung involvement.
