In a middle-aged patient, CT shows marked asymmetric enlargement of the main and left pulmonary arteries with severe pulmonary arterial hypertension, right ventricular hypertrophy and dilation with septal flattening, and interruption of the proximal right pulmonary artery; the right lung shows a patchy, mosaic perfusion pattern.
