Imaging findings
Cardiac CT shows a large, well-circumscribed, low-attenuation mass in the inferior wall of the left ventricle. Cardiac MRI shows the mass is low signal/low attenuation on T1/T2 pre-contrast, with minimal early enhancement but intense, homogeneous late gadolinium enhancement. Histopathology shows a dense collagenous tumor infiltrating between myocardial fibers.
