Chest radiograph and CT in a patient with relapsed multiple myeloma show extensive, lobulated extraosseous soft-tissue masses. There are large bilateral pleural-based masses extending directly into the chest wall, a large mass in the anterior mediastinum, and a large retroperitoneal abdominal mass situated medial to the left kidney. Punched-out lytic bone lesions are also present throughout the spine and ribs.
