Chest radiography demonstrates a well-circumscribed, lobulated, soft tissue mass in the left apex. Non-contrast CT reveals a solid, paraspinal mass extending over the left lung apex with coarse, circular dystrophic calcification and no involvement of the intervertebral foramina. A small, associated pleural effusion is also present.
