Chest CT shows complete absence of the right pulmonary artery (proximal interruption) with right lung hypoplasia and peripheral cysts. Extensive systemic transpleural collateral vessels are present. An incidental cardiac bronchus and tracheal diverticulum are also noted. The patient presented with pure red cell aplasia.
