CT chest demonstrates a spontaneous 90-degree clockwise rotation/torsion of the right lung lobes: the right upper lobe is collapsed and rotated posteriorly, the middle lobe is rotated superiorly, and the right lower lobe has shifted anteriorly. There is associated narrowing and occlusion of the right upper lobe bronchus.
