Imaging findings
Cardiac MRI shows bilateral effusions, diffuse thickening of the LV wall (with normal to increased systolic function). Delayed enhancement imaging reveals subtle subendocardial enhancement in the atria and diffuse atrial subendocardial enhancement, thickening of the interatrial septum sparing the fossa.
