Congenitally Corrected Transposition of the Great Arteries
Imaging findings
Chest CT shows congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries (ccTGA) with L-transposition of the aorta, situated anteriorly and to the left of the pulmonary artery. There is AV discordance with a morphologic right ventricle supplying the systemic circulation. Left main bronchus bronchomalacia is present, compressed by the malpositioned pulmonary artery, requiring a stent. A duplicated superior vena cava is also noted.
