Chest and abdominal CT/MRI demonstrate a giant, complex venous malformation extending from the mediastinum, through the diaphragm, and into the retroperitoneum. The mass contains fat and multiple calcified phleboliths. SVC venogram shows pooling of contrast, representing a contained rupture of the malformation during childbirth.
