Imaging findings
The patient presents with very extensive diffuse lung disease. Contralateral lymph node enlargement is noted. A cystic area is also present, which does not appear as typical empyema, and is speculated to be related to the adenocarcinoma. Percutaneous biopsy confirmed diffuse adenocarcinoma.
