Imaging findings
Initial frontal chest radiograph (October 2013) shows subtle abnormal interfaces between lung and mediastinum bilaterally and an anteriorly located abnormality on lateral view, which was initially not appreciated. A follow-up radiograph (May 2014) shows substantial growth of a large anterior mediastinal tumor.
