Imaging findings
Serial chest radiographs and CT over one year show rapid progression of ground-glass opacity to dense, confluent peribronchovascular consolidations and masses approaching progressive massive fibrosis (PMF) in the mid-to-upper lungs. There are hyperdense, calcified mediastinal and abdominal lymph nodes. The patient was a stone countertop cutter.
