Imaging findings
Chest radiograph shows reticulation, particularly in the lower lobes. CT reveals numerous small calcifications or ossifications, predominantly perilymphatic and subpleural, also seen along fissures and interlobular septa. These are associated with mild pulmonary fibrosis, forming pseudo plaques.
