CoreValve Dislodgement and Fixation with Palmaz Stent During TEVAR

Imaging findings
Intra-procedural angiography shows a Medtronic CoreValve device dislodged substantially down into the ventricle. Following snaring and repositioning, a Palmaz stent was deployed to overlap and fix the CoreValve device in the aortic position. A post-operative radiograph clearly shows both the CoreValve device and the additional Palmaz stent.
