Imaging findings
The patient developed rhabdomyolysis and a CT for hypoxia revealed extensive calcification in his chest wall musculature. He also presented with pulmonary interstitial emphysema, presumably from barotrauma due to intubation, with clear examples visible on CT appearing as septal lines. There was no associated pneumomediastinum yet.
